Mr. D. Kimbrough (Beau) King, Jr. Mr. King, President of Kim King Associates, has been with the firm since 1999. Responsibilities include the identification and evaluation of acquisition and development opportunities, structuring and executing transactions, asset and development management and overall company management. Mr. King serves on the Board of Directors of the Midtown Alliance and Midtown Bank and Trust. Prior to joining the company, Mr. King was an Assistant Vice President at small business lender B & I Lending, LLC. Mr. King graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. |  |
Mr. F.E. (Buddy) King
Mr. King is Executive Vice President of Kim King Associates. He has been with the firm since June 1983, and has been involved in the company's real estate brokerage, management and development operations. Current responsibilities include real estate sales and leasing, property management and project construction coordination. Prior to joining the company, Mr. King was a commercial broker for Phipps Land Company and had his own commercial brokerage firm. Mr. King attended the University of Florida and Jacksonville State University, and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia since 1973.
Mr. R. Hunter Lyle
Mr. Lyle is Chief Financial Officer of Kim King Associates. Mr. Lyle joined KKA in February, 2003 coming over from KPMG, LLP, where he served as Senior Financial Analyst for two of the firm's largest national tax practices, managing all financial reporting, planning, and operational analysis. Prior to joining KPMG, LLP, he was with Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., where his responsibilities included the development and oversight of all operational plans, forecasting, and production for over $500 million in annual sales. His current responsibilities with KKA include the management of all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting and analysis, the management of overall risks, expense control, and cash flow. Mr. Lyle is a native of Atlanta, a licensed C.P.A. with the state of Georgia, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Mr. Harry Conley
Mr. Conley joined Kim King Associates in 2002 to run Fifth Street
Management Company, the company's property management firm.
Mr. Conley's career spans over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has held senior property management positions with national real estate firms including Trammell Crow, Prentiss Properties and Hines. Additionally, as Sr. Vice President of National Accounts at OneSource, Mr. Conley has directed multi-state and national facilities services accounts for corporate clients. Mr. Conley's experience includes the opening of over 5 million square feet of Class "A" office assets in cities across the United States. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University and has obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, National Board of Realtors.
Mrs. Abby King de Perez
Mrs. Perez joined KKA in 2002 to assist with the marketing and sales of MidCity Lofts, an award winning 133-unit loft condominium development in Midtown Atlanta. Currently, Mrs. Perez's responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for KKA's residential projects. Mrs. Perez also assists with residential business development for Fifth Street Management Company and is on the Board of Directors for The Kim King Foundation. She is fluent in Spanish, holds a B.A. Degree from the University of Miami, is a Licensed Georgia Real Estate agent and a Notary Public.
