Mr. D. Kimbrough (Beau) King, Jr.

As President of Kim King Associates, Mr. King is responsible for formulating and executing corporate strategy.  Prior to joining Kim King Associates, Mr. King worked at B&I Lending, a small business non-bank lender. Mr. King received a BA degree from Washington and Lee University in 1996 with a double major in Economics and Spanish. Mr. King currently serves on the boards of Midtown Bank and Trust where he is a founding shareowner, the Georgia State University Honorary Real Estate Board, The Midtown Alliance and The Kim King Foundation.  In the past Mr. King has served on the boards of the Atlanta Streetcar and the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame.

Hunter Lyle

Mr. Lyle is Chief Financial Officer of Kim King Associates.  Mr. Lyle joined KKA in February, 2003 coming over from KPMG, LLP, where he served as Senior Financial Analyst for two of the firm’s largest national tax practices, managing all financial reporting, planning, and operational analysis. Prior to joining KPMG, LLP, he was with Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., where his responsibilities included the development and oversight of all operational plans, forecasting, and production for over $500 million in annual sales. His current responsibilities with KKA include the management of all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting and analysis, the management of overall risks, expense control, and cash flow. Mr. Lyle is a native of Atlanta, a licensed C.P.A. with the state of Georgia, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

Keith Crawford

Keith Crawford, Controller, has an extensive background in commercial real estate accounting. With over 25 years in the industry, Keith oversees all the financial reporting for Kim King Associates, LLC, Fifth Street Management Company, LLC and YLH Construction Company.In addition, he works closely with the tax accountants as well as the audit teams for the various entities.

Abby King de Perez

Mrs. Perez joined KKA in 2002 to assist with the marketing and sales of MidCity Lofts, an award winning 133-unit loft condominium development in Midtown Atlanta. Currently, Mrs. Perez’s responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for KKA’s residential projects. Mrs. Perez also assists with residential business development for Fifth Street Management Company and is on the Board of Directors for The Kim King Foundation. She was recently promoted to Broker for KKA in 2011. She is fluent in Spanish, holds a B.A. Degree from the University of Miami and is a Licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker.

Bethani Oppenheimer

Ms. Oppenheimer joined KKA in 2007 after several years managing non-profit arts organizations in Atlanta, overseeing operations, marketing, development and human resources. Ms. Oppenheimer’s responsibilities include managing human resources for KKA and its related companies and the coordination of the legal aspects of leasing, acquisitions, financing and related property and organizational legal matters. Ms. Oppenheimer is a native Atlantan and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Management.

Greta Sanders

Greta jointed Kim King Associates in 2003 as a residential agent. Greta now specializes in landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and leasing and property management for the firms’ investment portfolio. Greta takes a strategic approach in analyzing the competitive marketplace, canvassing local markets and negotiating deals for all her clients. Before joining the firm, Greta worked in consumer lending for over 15 years with various national financial companies.
